BLAKEWORX is a one-person operation in California selling digital shop plans. This page says what information the site collects, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. We collect your email address if you give it to us, payment details go straight to Stripe and we never see your card number, and we use analytics to see which pages people read. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not run ads. Email [email protected] and we will delete what we hold.

BLAKEWORX, operated by Blake Lopes, California, United States. Contact: [email protected]. There is no phone line and no mailing list broker — the email address reaches the person who runs the business.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- Card numbers. Payment details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page. They never touch this site and we never see them.
- What you type into forms. Our analytics tool is configured to mask the contents of input fields before anything is sent. Keystrokes are not recorded.
- Session recordings. Screen-replay recording is switched off.
- We do not buy information about you from anyone, and we do not build profiles from outside sources.
Cookies and similar technology
This site stores a small identifier in your browser (a first-party cookie and local storage) so that our analytics can tell a returning visitor from a new one. It is not used for advertising and it is not shared with advertisers.
You can block or delete it in your browser settings at any time. Everything on this site works normally without it — nothing is gated behind accepting anything.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of outside services to run the business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy:

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will hand over information only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- Purchase records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently seven years.
- Analytics: retained by PostHog on a rolling basis and not used to identify individuals.
- Emails you send us: kept while they are useful for support, then deleted.
Your choices
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop emailing you;
- send you a copy of it.
Email [email protected] and say which. We will not charge you, we will not make it difficult, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Expect a reply within a few days — this is a working shop, not a call centre.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. BLAKEWORX is well below the size thresholds that make those rules mandatory, and we do not sell or share personal information in any case — but the rights above are offered to everyone regardless, because that is the right way to run it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-compliant. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we hold very little about you in the first place, which is the most effective protection available.
Children
This site sells industrial shop plans and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and it will be deleted.
Where your information goes
BLAKEWORX operates in the United States and the services listed above process data in the United States. If you are in the UK, EU or elsewhere, buying from us or joining the list means your information is handled there.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant and you are on the email list, we will tell you in an email rather than hoping you re-read the page.
