One person. Full sheet. No lifting. CNC-cut birch plywood stands that let one person turn a full 97 × 49 sheet of MDF, plywood or particleboard face down and put it back on the table by sliding, tipping and pushing instead of lifting. Built and running in a working nested-CNC shop, beside the ShopSabre IS510 it was cut on.

What you get (instant download, current version v1.2):

  • Two 15-page build manuals: one for 19 mm birch ply, one for 18 mm-class stock
  • Part DXFs for both thicknesses: 18 part files, 57 parts in the full cut list (inches; CUT / INNER / HOLE / POCKET / LABEL layers)
  • Nests for 48 × 96 and 48 × 120 sheets
  • A fit coupon to cut first and match your actual stock

  • Operating-cycle and latch-detail animations, plus sequence stills

Counterweight, as built: each latch pawl carries a 3 in × 1/2 in steel disc epoxied flush into a pocket the CNC routes in the pawl. No bolt, no extra part to make. The foot-release line runs through the disc's centre hole. The full hardware list is in the schedule in the manual.

Shop License: one license covers one shop. Cut as many as your shop needs, use them in paid work, and modify the files for your machine. Don't share, resell or redistribute the files.

Stated plainly: no safe working load is claimed. Both stands must be anchored to the floor. Prove the first sheet on your own machine. You're responsible for fit, clearances and machine compatibility.
