Door Rack Series Plans

Four rack formats for staging and drying cabinet doors and drawer fronts, cut from MDF on your CNC.

Commercial paint racks sell for hundreds, and the nice ones sell for thousands. These come off one or two sheets of MDF on your router and hold up to 48 doors on casters. Pick the format by how far apart your supports need to be, not just by door length. The first two photos are real builds in our shop, empty and loaded with shaker doors.
